We only stayed for the night before an early flight, so did not have breakfast, but the terrace and common areas are lovely. The location is convenient for returning a rental car very early, about a 15 minute drive to the rental lot. There was ample free parking on the narrow street in front of the B&B. The street behind the hotel under our window was a bit loud, but only because a group of young people were out late (it’s otherwise a quiet neighborhood). Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance a few blocks away.

This property was ok. It was clean upgraded in and around. The only thing is that when I called and they didn't answer the first time around, but the second time it took another 10 minutes for someone to meet me. However, after that, they have an airport transfer, it was on time and check out was very seamless.

Every inch of this property there was something beautiful to look at. Such a beautiful property and the morning staff so kind and friendly It tucked into a neighborhood with very narrow streets that at first I found hard to navigate. But by the time I was leaving I had no problems. Just go slow and you’ll make it. And the neighborhood is so friendly and I felt safe to walk around even in the evening. List of restaurants and Bars. Lovely one of a kind property. I hope to go back here soon

Great location near the airport in a nice town within walking distance of restaurants. TAM Casa Vacanze was a lovely small hotel, with nice, clean, roomy rooms.

The rooms were decorated nice, and they were clean. It is located near the airport and we were able to take a shuttle to the airport at 4am. The owner very accommodating. There were restaurants within walking distance.

Nino is amazing. He will transfer yiu to and from the airport for a small fee. He checks you in and walks you to your rooms and waits for questions. He also made dinner reservations for us. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

This is a very charming B&B that is beautifully decorated and nicely located. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. I’d recommend calling ahead with your arrival time to make sure someone is there to meet you.

You feel like you have the place to yourself. The balcony is nice to just hang out on. The staff is super friendly and you feel luke you always known them. Be patient with Nino he moves at his own speed haha.

We needed a place to stay with close access to the Palermo airport. This is super convenient, about a 15 minute drive. The area is pretty quiet. Two streets over is the Main Street with some shops and restaurants. They do all close for siesta. We had a hard time finding a late lunch spot and most shops were closed for the afternoon and early evening. The B&B was cutely decorated, The room was clean. The shower had good pressure and the bed was firm and comfortable enough. A little maintenance was needed; the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and there was a small infestation of bugs coming in on one wall. We understand things like this happen and it may have been just timing. We did arrive to check in and found the property locked and unattended. There was a sign on the door with a number. We called and were told 10 minutes, but we waited 45. We would go back. The host was friendly and gave us a dinner recommendation.

This B&B is gorgeous! However, there is not staff at the front desk the entire time, as advertised. I arrived in the evening and no staff were on duty. You had to call or text to let them know you were there, and this was consistent with each time I came and left the B&B. The only exception was in the morning during breakfast time. They advertise by the front desk having unique wines at the bar during the evenings, but no one was around to ask about it in the evenings. I had issues with the AC unit remote in my room and no one got back to me, so I had to use a chair and find something long toanually turn it on (as it was secured high above the door). Some rooms are advertised as having a swa view from the balcony, but when walking out on the balcony, you are miles from the beach and the airport is in direct eyeline, which would block any views of you were closer to the sea. If the accommodations were advertised properly, then I would have not had disappointed expectations for the B&B. It is gorgeous inside, just difficult to get inside and then find staff to help you when you need it (either texting, calling, or in person).

We arrived at 12:30pm for check in. The front door was locked and there were no instructions on how to access the lobby. We rang the bell and knocked for about 10 minutes. No one came. We waited on the narrow street with our luggage until another guest walked out and opened the door for us. We walked into the empty lobby and looked at an empty welcome desk. We finally found a business card on the desk. We called the numbers. The first was disconnected. The 2nd was answered by a gentleman who shared he'd be over shortly. 15 minutes later, he arrived and asked us to pay before entering our rooms (They charged an extra 10 euro above what our initial reservation was for 'fees.') We booked two rooms for adults and kids. The room in the main bulding was spectacular. Exactly like the website pictures and what we expected. The other room was actually an adjacent facility and was nothing like the pictures. The AC downstairs did not work making the rooms unusable. We called and told it'd be fixed. It was not. The beds in the master were a twin and a child's princess bed (see pic). There was debris, ants, broken glass, random nails, broken shower spigot, trash in the appliances. The shower had very little water pressure. The front door had to be wrestled open There was a bag of used shoes in the master bedroom. The kids room had no AC. When we asked about other options, we were told this was all they had.

The place is beautiful. Antique chic decor throughout. Very very clean. Staff very nice. The only hiccup is, you have to call when you get there. If you don’t have phone access it’s a little hard. Otherwise our stay was fantastic!
