"What a fantastic stay. We visited for my partners birthday and the staff kindly decorated the room ahead of time as well as arranging for a bottle to be on ice on arrival in the room as an optional paid for extra. The receptionist on check-in (Sunday late evening after 11) was incredibly warm and friendly. I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name but she mentioned having worked at the hotel for 3 years. "We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed."

"The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava. Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time"

"Lovely hotel, just up the hill from the port / marina. It’s small, cost and boutique and the staff are great. Rooms are clean, modern and today. Lovely breakfast and great choice. I d have marked it as 5 stars apart from three things: internet was patchy, I wasn’t offered a room upgrade for being Expedia platinum and the ‘free’ excursion we were meant to get had to be collected from a different hotel, 45 mins away. Apart from that, lovely stay."
