"The food in the pub is excellent. The trout was so fresh. The staff was lovely and everyone was so friendly. And the English breakfast which was included was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and beds so comfy. Thanks for such a great stay in a lovely village!"

"Despite the incredibly hot weather and lack of aircon (due to the age of the beautiful building) our room was wonderfully cool. The lady on reception was so personable, polite and friendly, a joy to deal with. Perfect for visiting friends in Stratton Court Village."

Wild Thyme & Honey

8/10 Good
"A tastefully developed pub with ample rooms, stylish appearance and appealing atmosphere. Dinner was a little disappointing (had the buttermilk chicken burger) which felt as if it had been pre-prepared/defrosted and reheated. May have just been an unlucky experience as generally the food reviews are very good and the breakfast was truly excellent and very fresh. Husband's burger was good. Staff very pleasant. We had a waterside suite which looked over the cricket pitch at the back so was quiet. Used it as a base to start the Thames Path walk at its source near Kemble."

"Loved our stay in Bibury. The accommodation was great, very well located, lovely breakfast, helpful staff, and clean bedrooms. My only issue was with parking. I understand that this works on a first come first served basis which makes sense, however it seems a little strange to not have enough parking spaces for the"
