"The cold tap in the bathroom was dripping. I feel that in this day and age the bath should be remove and a shower fitted. On a Sunday breakfast starts at 0900 rather that 0800 or 0830. We were required to attend a Remembrance Service and therefore missed the opportunity of having breakfast A light in the walk-in wardrobe would be helpful"

"Very nice downstairs room, including a very cool ceiling and a cozy wonderful warm atmosphere. The room was smaller than we expected, including the toilet, where it was hard to maneuver between the toilet and the sink. However, we managed just fine and we thought it was very good value for the price. Breakfast was wonderful!"

"Very spacious and clean room and great location"

"A lovely place to stay in a typical Cotswolds village… if you are looking for a base to venture around this ideal… a small car park vs the size of the venue to be prepared to leave your vehicle on the road..lots of walks available on the door step and then nothing better to return after a days walk than a pint in front of the open fires"

"Great place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend."

"Perfect stay once again! Such a gorgeous country pub, rooms are lovely, staff are great and the food and drink was top notch! Will be back again soon!"

"Staff very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very basic. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was slow at times. Ideal location for a stay in the Cotswolds."

"This was our second stay at The Slaughters Inn. Such a lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere and a delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

"Lovely setting, really helpful staff. The room itself was fantatsic and had every amenity you might expect. Unfortunately let down by a usable, but tired bath room. We also drank and ate in the pub which was really nice and good value."

"Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough"

"Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again."
