"We stayed over the Easter Weekend. The room/space was alot bigger than we expected. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had an excellent and easy check in experience. The hotel's location is very good if you want to explore the downtown and plan to go to the Kayesa center. We would have liked to use the spa and exercise space, however we ran out of time. The shower curtain had the smell of dampness that lasted too long. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and would uss this Flow location...

"I enjoyed my stay. It was clean. Parking is just a headache and costly. Food was expensive. Three breaks meals shouldn’t be almost $160. That’s ridiculous. Overall, I was comfortable in my suite because it was clean and fresh. Every hotel room should have a microwave by the way. That was the most disappointing thing."

"This property is under active construction. Our room had base boards that were missing and nails that were exposed. They were prompt to offer another room but that room was worse."

"Great location downtown close to cruise port; easy access to Metromover public transportation to go to Bayside Market on the waterfront. Pool seating area is smaller than expected for hotel size."
