"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. "The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. The other crew helped me for renting bicycle. The breakfast was great especially coffee and egg omelet. Room was spacious and classic, I liked electric blinds."
