"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."

"Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. "Very clean. Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Check out was done before hours (which was a nice option). Provided cookware needs upgraded and could place hanging rack (above coffee mugs) to avoid damage to new cookware. Beds were out of the stone age. No pillow tops and could feel the coils. Had to pull the comforters out of the closet to sleep on. The pool area is awesome! Relatively bug free and fans to keep the air moving... we spent a lot of our time there. A/C barely...

"The hotel is older, but has some updates. The breakfast room, lobby and pool area were all updated and looked great. We rented a suite and it had updated furniture and was very spacious. But, the bathroom fixtures were not all updated and the toilet/tub area was small. Overall though, it was nice and I would definitely stay there again! "
