"We checked in at 5pm Friday to find the house 91° and maintenance working on the AC. He said give it 2 hours for the house to cool. We called at 8pm to advise the house was still 91 and the AC was not working. 6 calls later a maintenance man shows up at 1232am and says he has to replace the coil springs again. It took until 9am the next morning to cool the house to 79°, we also purchased fans bc the house has no ceiling fans. There are also no markings to say how deep the pool is, the pool is...

"Perfect place for an overnight before a long trip ahead! After some confusion about where to enter, a man who was also staying helped me get in. The room and bed was clean and the bathroom and shower were also very nice. Definitely recommend for the price, it is also near a little supermarket where I picked up some snacks and drinks for there and my long train trip ahead."

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

"This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel."

"The house was nice but furnished very cheaply. There were 2 of us and we struggled to see how 6,8, or 10 people managed there. Pool is a plunge pool, tiny sitting area outside in uncomfortable wooden chairs. Indoor sitting poor and uncomfortable with a vinyl 2 seater sofa with a tear in cushion. No chest of drawers in some rooms, only a wardrobe so nowhere to put clothes. Ironing board was tabletop/ we complained so got a small short one. Tv upstairs on landing didn’t work. Paying £3000 was way...
