"Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty"

"Beautiful property. My only gripe is that every time I walk by front desk, they never greet me. Oh and they really need to keep a net out by the pool and hot tub. There are a ton of bugs in the hot tub."

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

"love next time I go to Daytona going to the same place peaceful not a lot of people in and out pool hot tub outback was nice balcony was great watch sunrise over ocean they gained a customer for life and the owners were a text away anytime I had a question or issue which just trouble with lock was all perfect "

"The house was very clean and the room were as well. It's complicated with the codes to get in but the staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place anyday."

"Hi I was not under the understanding that this was a shared bathroom unit. I was under the impression you had your own bathroom, / shower. The bedroom is as big as the bed. Little to no room to move around. The people surrounding the area are a bit shady, no one is friendly or inviting. There is a spider dangling down as you try to get thru door. There is 3 sheds and a U-Haul outside. All of it is so suspicious and very concerning. I stayed for 15 minutes before listening to my gut and leaving....
