Pros : Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. House is open and airy, plenty of space.
Text communication was answered quickly.
Cons : The beds were incredibly uncomfortable - felt like sleeping on overly soft foam laid on top of plywood. The couch in the living room also wasn't very comfortable.
The house was in no way dirty - but considering the cleaning fee, it had some obvious misses. There was a large coffee splatter on the kitchen floor. There was hair all over one of the bedroom floors. There were 2 large pieces of food under the coffee table.
The booking information on Expedia is confusing. I can't recall what it looked like on booking - but AFTER booking, there was no detail on how many bathrooms were in the property. The pictures clearly show 2, and nothing indicated otherwise. It needs to be clearer that this is a WHOLE HOUSE, but you only have access to certain areas based on how it's booked, and the PHOTOS should be marked to indicate which booking type they are included in.
I did inquire via text - and I did get answers decently fast - but it was pretty confusing on arrival.
It seems silly - but the address numbers are lit TERRIBLY and very hard to read while trying to find the house. Needs to be more clearly marked in the evening (the whole neighborhood is like this and it's awful).
I don't recall if laundry was listed on property details. The washer and dryer were open and available, but no cleaning products included.
