"It was just okay… if you need a convenient place to stay in Sacramento then it’s just okay. If you want to stay in an actual hotel then you have to find an actual hotel."

"The room was clean and the staff very friendly. It is an authentic 1920s paddle wheel ship with a colorful history. The rooms, while charming are pretty small, and I found myself stubbing my toe or banging into the desk just to get into the bathroom. But, it’s not a big modern hotel. Also, if you want a Riverview, you will always hear the sea lions. Super cute at first, but they never stop lol They also give you a voucher for a few free drinks, which was a nice touch. The price is super reasonable, in fact, I think the least expensive place to stay in downtown Sacramento. I highly recommend, especially if you like unique and interesting hotels. PS, there was a rumor that it is haunted, but I checked out unmolested by ghosts"

"The first time we went there, the staff were so nice and welcoming. The second time, it seems that the lady is not happy with her job. Overall it was worth the price. But the room was a little smelly. Smells like someone smoked cigarette inside ."
