Tuvimos que pasar más de 40 minutos esperando para subir a la habitación porque dos elevadores estaban dañados, uno llegaba solo al piso 6 y el único que funcionaba demoraba demasiado ya que eran 31 pisos. "Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby. "

"Stylish hotel with very good public spaces. Helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly small room without basic practicality including space for clothing and luggage. No tea/coffee in room. The 50$ amenity is just an upcharge with little benefit. I won’t stay here again. "
