"Staff was great and friendly. Room was exactly as described and very similar to a cruise ship room.
Only issues were the shower and the a.c. The shower curtains arent long enough and the water leaks all over the place. Google how to get the water to turn hot lol
The a.c. was not impressive. It was muggy in the room most of the time.
But for the location and price, those were very minimal issues."
"Had a great time in nyc but the staff in row nyc were incredible. Very kind and helpful. Especially Joe at front desk. The rooms were clean. House keeping was great as well. Will definitely go back to visit."

To many problems with the Elevator. Have to come down basically everyday using the stairs from a 15 floor."
