"Usually the staff is excellent as I have stayed here several times before. The evening staff was wonderful especially since there was a computer glitch. They were calm, professional and helpful.
However the afternoon staff was quite rude when I came early and asked about a check in. The woman was quite off putting and if I hadn’t of had so many previous good experiences here I probably would’ve gone somewhere else. Please tell your afternoon staff to be a little nicer to a weary traveler…we have feelings too!"
"Terrific staff, great building and nice rooms. Only negatives, no iron and instead a leaking steamer, our traveling companions in another room also had the same issue. Of course a huge negative is the nonsense resort fee highway robbery."
