"Staff is great and super personal. Room and lounger area were very clean. A few notes- the rooms are def NOT soundproof as stated but not very loud either. The sinks in bathrooms were designed by men bc they’re very small (same as the UK and some other European countries). Overall for the right price, I’d stay there again!"

"I highly recommend the Pestana. The staff was so kind and the accommodations were fantastic. The staff was so kind to my parents and me - thank you! The room was so clean and quiet. It was very comfortable.
For folks staying at the Pestana: the location is ideal as it is a walk away from Grand Central. "
