"We love this hotel! Our daughter goes to NYU and the location is perfect. Our check in ritual is to head over to Whole Foods and the wine shop on Bowery to stock up the mini fridge. The rooms and common spaces are immaculate. Early complimentary coffee on the Lobby level is so appreciated. Can't wait for our next stay!"

"I’m really glad I chose ROW NYC for my trip to New York! The location was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the overall experience very pleasant. The property is a bit older, so the bathroom had some older fixtures and features, but the wonderful service more than made up for it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I also completely forgot that my package included breakfast, otherwise I would have loved to comment on the quality of the food as well! Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience."
