"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"The staff are great, they handled an impromptu Knicks watch party with grace! Front desk staff were lovely to deal with as well. The property needs a little refresh love, but for the most part is in pretty good shape. No self-laundry facilities, which was a bit of a bummer."
