"The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant."

"I had warnings from family members who knew about this place from years ago, but when I read the reviews I decided to take a chance. In addition, the prices of other nearby hotels have become astronomical. I was in the area for my 50th high school reunion about a mile down the road at Orienta Beach Club.
