"The shower heads are terrible and awkwardly placed"

"Hotel stay was good but the bed broke and when we flipped up mattress we noticed the bed was already broke and had braces . We were told they were full capacity so we didn’t change rooms but they took one day off our stay. We also put do not disturb sign on for the three days we were there but on the second day someone came in and cleaned the room with our stuff inside. The management claimed if the sign was up they wouldn’t have came in, but the sign was taken off our room and brought in and left on the table. Clearly they took it off and moved it! None of our stuff was taken but I didn’t like the feeling of someone being in the room without our authorization. "

"The room was great and staff was great but, we were told the pool was heated and spa was hot. Went to go swimming the night we were there and the pool was cold as well as the spa. Kind of a let down for as much as we spent to stay there. "

"Overall we stayed for 3 nights..the pool is slightly small and the hot tub was out of service. We would still come back.. the room was spacious with separate sitting and drop off area. It’s an older hotel for sure but we enjoyed the area and parking was free. The room had a rust area in the tub-rm 322- and the AC was loud and no vent in the bathroom… but the spacious room was great with 2 TV’s. It’s California… in Pasadena… we were not in our rooms that much… it was enough for us! "
