"The location was fantastic — within walking distance to Queen Victoria Market, the CBD, and the main shopping area. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and having a supermarket just across the road was very convenient.
I also really appreciated having a kitchen and washing machine in the room, which made the stay much more comfortable and practical.
However, there were some housekeeping issues that could be improved. There was an unpleasant smell from the carpet and dishwasher. The...

"Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...
