"We called less than 24 hours before our stay to specifically ask about the pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were closed for repairs. The room was outdated and run down - for almost $200/night I expected a much nicer place. Walls crumbling, threadbare carpet, sliding door didn’t close properly, no plug for bathtub and it only could be filled by running the shower, very strong room air freshener, and onsite restaurant had poor service and mediocre food."

Health & Water: The water quality is appalling. After using the tap on my last day, I suffered a violent gastrointestinal reaction. The shower water is so harsh it "burnt" my skin barrier.
