"This hotel has some very cool elements but lacks some basic amenities. They offer only paper cups, no glassware at all, no mini bar and no robes. There also was no rug. The towels were also very thin. It's the little details that make all the difference."

"We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!"
