"Stayed one night, but overall a 5/5. Well renovated and upscale. Coffee in the lobby area was great as well. Staff were kind and helpful. Only two elevators though so during cleaning times it can get busy, but not a deal breaker at all. Will visit again next time I'm in Brooklyn."

"Just got back from a weekend “staycation” here. We chose this hotel to be in a different neighborhood after our city hall wedding . Location is great - walking distance to anything you would want to do. We got to the hotel at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until about 4. We did receive drink tickets from the manager for the inconvenience but it was kind of a shaky start . The room is tiny but the balcony is really nice to have and the view was very perfect. "Perfect hotel for a family stay. You don't need much from your hotel in NYC other than it being clean and well-maintained, being in a good location and having a metro station nearby, and this hotel checks all three. Staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are a little small, but, once again, you don't spend a lot of time in your room while in NYC. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning works fine."

"The room was fine but small and basic, the photos were kind of deceiving. We didn't get any towels and had to ask three times, we finally had to track down house keeping and get them ourselves. They didn't apologize or act like that was weird at a hotel, they just kept saying they'd send them up and never did. It's right on the J line which is nice but it's not the type of line or station that can get you everywhere fast. Bargain option hotel and you get what you pay for."

"Towels very thin and tearing apart. Beds were hard when compared to other hotels. Breakfast didn’t have gluten free options. The rooms and the facilities were good and the location is excellent. Everything was clean."

"Room was dirty, floors had hair balls everywhere. The pull out couch mattress had huge dark stains. The upstairs rug was very dirty. The entire room smelled like THC vap very strong! The bathroom was nice and new. Our dead bolt lock was broken and there was a small gap in the door when shut. The washcloths had stains on them too. Overall very yucky!!"
