"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"I was disappointed with my experience. Room service took far longer than expected, which delayed our reservations and impacted our plans for the evening. Additionally, the hot tub add-on was not worth the extra cost. The water appeared dirty, and the bubbles repeatedly shut off, making it difficult to enjoy. We ended up spending our time at the regular pool instead. Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience matched what was advertised or the additional amount paid."

"Booked this hotel last second. Wish I could have stayed longer. The decor is amazing and the location is great for walking around sweet Greenpoint, and for an early flight to LGA. They put a hold on my cc for $250 for incidentals, which was on the high side but it was refunded right away the next day after checkout (which sometimes can be an issue for longer holds at other boutique hotels in NYC)! Highly recommend."

"No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."

"Great stay! Was with a group of 8 so we got 3 private rooms. They were all spacious and we each got our own bed. Private bathrooms in the room as well. I recommend!"

"The location was simply amazing and it was handy to have the kitchenette. But the floor was dirty and soap was missing. I called to ask for both to be fixed. Eventually we got soap, but staff didn’t help with the floor as reception said they would. Beds were comfy, but pillows were like bricks. It could have been an amazing stay if the room was given a tad more love and upkeep."
