"The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."

"First, let me say, Clement was very friendly and very helpful during our first two days. We checked out this morning at 11am and was greeted by a female front desk clerk. We asked to leave our luggage while we went out for breakfast, came back within the hour when I realized I left my 1 carat diamond stud earrings on the tray in our room. "This hotel is in an excellent location, just inside the city walls. It is easy to walk to restaurants and places of interest. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds are lovely. We were joining a river cruise and our boat was an easy 10-minute walk away."

"Staff and location were excellent. Loved the hidden swimming pool and the views from the terrace. Room was comfy but a little dated. Unfortunately the lower rooms smelled strongly of fish, likely the prior guests used the kitchen. After 24 hours of leaving the windows open the smell dissipated but it would have nice if it had been aired out before we arrived. The town of Villeneuve is a short walk away, lots of restaurants and it is very pretty. The walk to Avignon is about 25 mins one way....

"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...
