Nice clean hotel with great amenities and the staff was remarkable when I had a problem. The counter staff person went looking through the kitchen for tea for my wife's bad stomach. He found it and gave me enough for the whole trip. The breakfast was comprehensive and abundant... and tasted great. ...

Liebling Hotel
Ciudad del Este is a busy city full of markets. The area around the border has a lot of traffic during rush hour but is quiet most of the rest of the day. This hotel is in the busy border crossing area but a short Uber to some great food around the main park in the town.
