"NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. They did not have a working toilet, they turned off the water supply to the whole building in the middle of the night. The AC unit was not working properly. They only allot one towel per bed not per person, so if you have one bed shared with your partner you and your partner must use the same towel. "Big shoutout to Bryan, Victoria and all the staff here. They were super friendly and accomodating during my first day in Nicaragua, making me feel welcome and helping me to settle in to the country. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and being looked after. "Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. "It was clean. Unfortunately Expedia never mentioned that the room I wanted had fan not AC even though in app said Air Conditioning not Fan or Ceiling fan. I had to pay $30 US extra for them to send me two blocks south from Villalobos Hotel to Hostel Nica Bliss. It was really good staying there.
