Beautiful hotel and room. The executive suite was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Shower, AC and ceiling fan all worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect, made to order. Wish I could have stayed more than one night
The staff and overall atmosphere really stood out.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a calm, charming feel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was more than what I expected.
Clean room, kind staff & owner and tons of arts. So I used this hotel repeatedly during my vacation in Nicaragua.
The hotel's bed was so comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I would definitely stay here again
This place is a steal. A spacious room with privacy, artistic, 3 stories, the breakfast is phenomenal (get the tortillas instead of toast as an insider tip), and this will likely be a return hotel for us multiple times. The room service is great, they have laundry, there is food within walking distance. So long as your trip is within this area, I would pick this hotel without question.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the front desk ladies do speak English very well!
The hotel is very quaint, beautiful art everywhere, bed is comfortable room is nice size, and AC is a very nice treat.
Breakfast is very good, with fresh cut fruit and fresh squeezed juice.
I would recommend to stay here.
The hotel helped to arrange transport from the airport to make arrival so easy. Then once I arrived, the staff were friendly and even helped me to order food since I arrived late. Staying here is like staying in an art museum - every wall has paintings or sculptures or artifacts to see. There’s a courtyard area to sit outside and read or just enjoy the plants of the property. Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to my next visit
Is the best place to stay for your vacations, best customer services, people that work there is kind, polite and bring excellent customer services .
Thanks Sarita, Fernanda, Jose Luis and everybody that work there and the owners
Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Very quiet and very comfortable bed. Hot shower and AC was wonderful. The receptionist that helped us was a very sweet young lady who spoke English and made myself and my husband feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee! We will always stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Nicaragua in the future.
Staff is incredibly friendly, specially Sarita. Good Breakfast with fresh fruit drinks, coffee and eggs any style. The art around the place and the antiquities make the place refreshing. The suite is comfortable and clean. Definitely returning soon.
As many other reviews say, the hotel looks like a art gallery more that a hotel. The room is big with classic furniture. They have air-conditioning and hot water. The staff are very friendly. My only comment is the room is dark. I hope they can add more lights in the room.
Great place to stay. It feels like a boutique hotel in many ways as the owner has an abundance of wonderful paintings and sculptures on the walls and communal areas, even in the bedrooms. The breakfast/reception area is like a gallery with beautiful carved furniture in an old colonial building (also has an modernish extension). Breakfast made to order has only a few choices but was delicious with plentiful coffee.
Staff are delightful, chatty and so helpful. They organised a volcano trip within mins when my pre paid and booked Viator trip was cancelled on the day. The hotel guide was also also much cheaper and great fun and helpful. Wifi was good but you may need to change connection if you move from eg reception to your room. Air con good, location very quiet and safe and a 25 mins walk to the lake passing by most attractions. Reception even arranged for a pre packed breakfast for my 5am departure. Loved this place and would definitely stay again. For the little extra cost over a standard room, the suites are worth it.
