Son Vell is magnificent, authentic, quiet luxury at its best. Every element of this unfussy, elegant yet charming property is curated to perfection. The service is personal but not in-your-face. The food is spectacular. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is amazing. We were celebrating an anniversary and upon on our arrival they had fresh orange juice and a chocolate mousse for us. Such a lovely gesture. We loved how the mini bar is stocked with complimentary snacks and soft drinks/juices. The staff are really professional and warm, they have a keen eye for detail and take hospitality seriously. After our first night dining in the restaurant (which was great) we returned to our room to find our bed turned down and chocolates at our bedside (another complimentary service). We were so astounded. They really go out of their way to make their guests feel valued and special. Breakfast is outrageously good with a great selection of baked items, charcuteries and made to order menu (the french toast is incredible!) After our stay here we spent 2 nights at a similarly priced hotel and the difference in service, and offerings was shocking. We wished we'd stayed longer at the beautiful Vell. If you're planning something special and romantic I couldn't think of a better place.

The best hotels we've stayed in for a long time! Well done to the entire team, from designing the property to the service! We feel relaxed! The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable. You can cycle easily to a small beach and have 2 great options for swimming! My favorite spot, the outside Gym!

Georgeous agri tourism hotel

Beautifully restored, and newly built buildings and rooms. The grounds are idyllic, the pool area and garden just stunningly tranquil. Breakfast excellent, dinner was good. Great walk to sea and along the trail to Son Sakura beach. Road to hotel in total disrepair, should be fixed, some confusion in some areas of service, arrival, check out and restaurant booking….put that down to being a new hotel.

There is so much potential as it is a beautiful estate...however there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of service and the communication between the different teams. My husband and I were completely disappointed as we had high hopes for this hotel for our honeymoon.

We had a good experience but it didn’t quite live up to expectations, food was solid rather than inspired, concierge was great but meal service quite amateurish. Worst of all was the constant building work by the pool which really made quiet relaxation impossible. No apology was made for this. There are better, and better value, options like Experimental.
