"Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day"

"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

"Arrived in the dark awoke to the most magnificent views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast variety. Its October so I cant comment on summer traffic but it was a breeze to drive to Cortina & beyond. We'd return in a heartbeat"
