"The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed to contact them via messaging to arrange to be let in to the building. We were the only guests the first night which was a bit disconcerting but there was good security. The room was comfortable although finding outlets to charge our devices after a long flight was a challenge. The second night the street below was extremely noisy until 4 am. It was a Saturday and obviously party night. Otherwise it was a good place to stay before a cruise."

"Great location and staff! We arrived off a red eye from the US and the we were allowed into our room early. The staff was so accommodating!! The room was updated and clean and the AV worked great! The location is perfect, and it’s easy to walk around and down to waterfront. They provided a taxi service to cruise port for a reasonable fee! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but would definitely stay again!"

"Outside of the hotel was under construction so it was a bit hard to find the entrance. However, once inside it was soooooo beautiful! The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel had wonderful air conditioning and even served continental breakfast! Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"We are regular visitors to Civitavecchia and have always stayed along the seafront, so we were initially a little apprehensive about booking accommodation further into the town. However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. The accommodation has been finished and equipped to a very high standard, with great attention to quality and comfort...

"Bianca was lovely! The property was an ideal location which was located across from the train station and next to the ocean with a promenade in between. It was a short walk to the main downtown core but if you went the other direction there were a handful of restaurants right along the water. Although the building is historic, Bianca had completed a beautiful remodel for all of the units with up to date amenities.
