"The staff was so helpful and friendly. My heater in my room didn’t work and I froze all night. I went to front desk at 5:30 am to ask if I could move rooms later. They moved my room right then, AND the woman went to the new room with me to make sure heater worked. Then she so kindly said, I wish you would have come sooner so you didn’t freeze.
