Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Clarence

"The hotel was just average. My room didn’t have a working smoke alarm although they were supposed to fix it the day we were out all day. They didn’t. The room shouldn’t have been used I think. The worst part was it’s right next door to the Hospitality Inn on Transit Rd in Williamsville and that place must rent out to families or by the month, because the kids running around were really noisy and the windows did not keep out sound very well. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad too....

"OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS NOT A GOOD ONE. THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE A PLEASANT SMELL, WHICH MADE OUR FIRST IMPRESSION DISAPPOINTING. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO NOT GOOD AND DID NOT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS."

"The jacuzzi was filthy. I wanted to get in but just couldn't. There were not eggs in the breakfast pan. Sad, I wanted to eat some. Not sure if they just ran out or in between cooking another batch. Otherwise the stay was ok."
