"Noisy staff along with filthy dust and constant construction every day after being told that they were finished the day I arrived. My car was dented in the parking lot. Staff were very noisy and insensitive although I did have 2 clerks that seemed to care and were helpful. Paving crews ran tar torches early in the morning with toxic fumes engulfing my room. Sounded like jet engines and made sleep impossible."

"I like the proximity to downtown Pullman and the cost is on my budget. The staff is friendly and very helpful letting me know everything important."
