Very new and clean hotel. The minute we walked into the lobby we felt comfortable and the feeling continued as we head into our room. It’s a shame we won’t be back to this city anytime soon but I would definitely come back to this hotel if we ever do.

A newer hotel located on a bluff with wonderful views of the Clearwater River Valley. Our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. I definitely would stay there again.

I loved this property!!! Stayed here few times and it was always great. This time I was unlucky to get a room with broken bathroom vent that and some kind of the ventilation from floor below was making noise at night. That being said the view is breathtaking, the staff is amazing, and the bistro food is delicious with the sweetest staff. I just hope the pool water would be a little warmer. Overall I still love your hotel just please make sure that your night front desk staff know the system good enough to change the room when needed. The whole property is very clean and the bed is super comfortable! And Rick thank you for trying to find the solution. I really appreciate your help!!!

Starbucks needs more staff in the mornings! Food is amazing but eating time is too long. Staff was absolutely amazing just not enough hands for so many hungry people.

I arrived at the Hotel and went to the front desk to check in and was told that they tried to run my payment for the room but it was declined so they gave away my room. I asked why because it was pay at property. I also told them my card that was used when I made the reservation months ago expired 09/26 but I had the card that was reissued. The employee told me that they called me but because I didn’t respond within 2 hours they gave away my room. They never called. I checked my phone. They had no rooms so I was on my own to find another hotel. Horrible experience!

Modern hotel on a new street. Fitness room was excellent. Room was good. The lobby had lots of places to sit. Front desk lady was nice. The bistro was fine, we had two meals there. One great and the other one, the meals came out like warm. Their French toast with strawberries was superb.
