"Positives: Staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Negatives: we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning didn't work in the original room. In the second room, one of the mattresses was awful, you could feel the springs. It didn't feel like it had padding at all. Breakfast is from 6am -9am. "Clean the staff were amazing. The breakfast is one of the best. Juan is there most mornings with a smile to greet. He made sure guests found everything. Such a great attitude. Everyone in the breakfast area are so busy and so nice, great attitudes. Front desk were helpful. I was there for multiple weeks. They regularly clean the hallways, floors. Great views. This is the best bargain in Lewiston. Whether with family or alone for work."

"No one to check us on waited 15 mins then they showed up the room door lock was old and had to push hard on handle to get into room the air conditioner was old and noisy not to much cold air came out and the breakfast was nasty the gravey for the biscuit looked like it had sat in there a few days 2 kinds of cereal will a 1/4 milk in jug and they opened at 5:30 and we were there at 6 not much to eat so we packed up and drove down the road for breakfast this place definitely needs better caring...

"Checked in late and had to wait to find someone to check us in. Floors made lots of noise and we woke up the people below us just walking from bathroom to bed. Bed was broken and made sleeping impossible. Free breakfast was nothing and we had to go find food at another establishment."

"Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. "

"A newer hotel located on a bluff with wonderful views of the Clearwater River Valley. Our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. I definitely would stay there again."

"I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!"

"The toilet and shower had not been properly cleaned in some time. There was a brown water ring in the toilet. A little bleach would go a long way."
