"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. "Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up."

"I liked the location because I needed to me close to Clark Atlanta. It was rather noisy my first night. The room didn’t have rags or towels and my comforter was very old. The microwave was dirty and I had to go floor hunting for sheets and covers for the pullout couch. I told them not to enter my room while I was away but I had rags when I retorted on the table. "They required a $very high cash deposit at check in, this was not on the property listing so after arriving at the hotel tired after driving so many hours i had to get in my car and find an ATM. The hallways smell like marijuana and it was very loud throughout the night. Definately not a family hotel. They should also post the pet fee which is higher than a 5 star hotel."

"The host was very courteous and responsive every time ! The apartment was very clean and spacious just as the pictures shown. The shower is very small and the shower head should be changed. The bed was not comfortable at all .A better mattress most definitely in need of. Upgrade the TVs. Above that everything was fantastic I will definitely stay again once the few issues are resolved and finished. Great property and host ! "
