"The carpet in the room was stained pretty bad and the bathroom floor was dirty. We were there for 3 nights. On the second day, I asked the guy at the front desk if he could have someone bring clean towels and change the trash. He said he would make sure that it got done. It did not but the young lady there that night gave me plenty of towels and washcloths. They advertise a breakfast buffet but was only items to make an egg sandwich or breakfast bowl and had oatmeal cereal and muffins. On a good note, I had 2 separate reservations because I added a night and the lady that checked me in fixed it where I could keep the same room the entire stay."

"We have stayed at this hotel previously. During each time, the room was great, the staff was excellent and the breakfast was surprisingly good - we weren't expecting omelets for breakfast at this price point. Our only disappointment during this visit was the pool was "closed for the season". One of the reasons we returned to the hotel was we enjoyed the outdoor pool so much during our stay in mid-July. We were definitely shocked to find the pool was "closed for the season" on a day when the temperature had reach 90 degrees. Otherwise, everything was great."
