"the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

"Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone"

"The smoking area is in the parking lot at the entrance where traffic is going in and out while the bar has an enclosed outside area that has plenty of space for people to smoke while they have cocktails and it's guarded by a perimeter to protect you from the incoming and outgoing traffic."

"Odd configuration- the elevator was in the back of the property. Room was as expected. Happy that the air conditioner was not pointed directly at the bed."

"Staff very friendly. Heads up about parking fee would have been nice, instead of charging customers to park why don’t you include that in your over all cost per night, that was the only disappointment and next time I’m in Troy I will find a motel with no parking fee"

"The room was too warm on a hot day. Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room Smelled like a wet dog. We complained at the front desk and attendant came and manually turned on the air conditioning for us and then it was more livable."
