When we checked in, the guy was unwelcoming and didn’t glance up once during the entire checkin process. When we got to the room, it wasn’t cleaned. The desk and dresser surfaces were dirty as if someone had eaten their greasy food on them, the mirrors had many marks, the toilet had pee streaks down the front of the bowl to the floor, there were used toilet paper rolls left, we noticed hair balls gathered on the floor, trashes weren’t empty, the wall next to the bed had some sort of secretion on it, and the bed had nothing but hair in it. We tried reaching the front desk to bring us new sheets so we could get through the night, but couldn’t reach anyone. It was so bad that we didn’t trust if the shower and folded towels were even clean. When we left, we let the other guy at the front know. He apologized and offered a discount for the next time we stay there. Which with this experience, we will not be back so that’s very disappointing. Hotel rooms aren’t always 100% cleaned, but this was by far the worst we’ve stayed in. Don’t waste your $170.
