"Pros: clean hotel room and friendly staff. Cons: hotel is very far away from Grand Teton, about 2 drive. Hotel is a ski resort and focused on winter activities so for summer it’s deserted. Only 1 cafeteria and 1 restaurant open. Restaurant menus are limited and very overpriced."

"We stayed in a glamping tent, which was pretty dirty and had a lot of bugs/spiders. The host switched us to another tent which was cleaner and better. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't clear to me how open these tents would be - there are large gaps in the floor and walls for bugs to get in. The property itself was pretty nice with a lot of amenities. But the property charges for every little thing. It left a bad taste in my mouth like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of you once...

"There is no issue with the property. The hotel manager was very empathetic and assisted me in finding another room at a different hotel. The problem was my reservation thru Expedia that I had paid in full did not get received by the hotel, so when I attempted to check in they did not have a reservation for me and said they had no rooms available. I am now trying to get a full refund. A person at the same hotel had the same experience with Expedia just before I tried to check into my room...
