"Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!"

"Nice hotel with kitchenette so able to grab what ever food is needed.
A few local pubs around with the best being the Pear Tree as staff are pleasent and greeting.
Key pad is a little confusing but once fathomed easy to use.
rooms clean and tidy and staff are either there to help or assist by phone."

"We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop.
It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay."

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible ,
So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."
