It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"No airport shuttle when they promised one, twice over the phone. No room available for our family of 4, even with a prepaid reservation. Eventually they "found" a room for us, but the keys wouldn't work so they gave us a fob on a lanyard, presumably a master key for all the rooms. (!) This seems extremely unprofessional and unsafe. The room we were given was clean, but none of the additional door locks would lock due to a bent door frame and missing strike plate, even the security latch wouldn't...
