The location is ideal-just minutes from the expo center, which made attending the event super convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was welcoming. Free hot breakfast and easy parking were nice bonuses. Great budget-friendly hotel in McAlester if you're visiting the Southeast Expo Center."

"The room wasn’t clean, no pillow cases and there was supposed to be a refrigerator and microwave in the room and there wasn’t. TV didn’t work either. There was 1 bar soap and no other toiletries. No ice bucket or ice machine. Vending machines were empty and not plugged up"

She then stated she could not find my reservation and continued to push that if I had booked directly through them this kind of thing wouldn't have happened. She never "found my reservation" and had to make other accommodations. This was the worst experience checking into a hotel I've had in a very long time And I travel for business weekly."
