"There was no information given to us at check-in or a Binder in the hotel explaining about the hotel or places nearby. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, parking was over $30 a day, the hotel was completely outdated. Sometimes the water didn’t work or it was yellow water coming from the tub. The elevator had to be manually turned on every single time we went to the second floor, which was a great inconvenience, considering we had two young kids and often brought the stroller to our room with us. "The room was clean and the staff was nice however the bathroom needs a major upgrade. The tub and knobs were below average. The bed was comfortable. There is curtain that separates the closet however it needs to be swapped out with a door or nothing at all because it can be a little scary entering a room with a curtain in front of it. The hotel hallways smelled stale and needs a deep cleaning or change of carpet to get rid of the smell. The hotel holds a lot of history however it needs cosmetic upgrades. It’s a beautiful hotel. "
