"We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again. "

"Great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Small things make all the difference and the experience was consistent all through the hotel.
From a personable arrival at reception, giving me all the relevant info (last orders, gym opening times etc), friendly gym staff and great customer service and meal in the restaurant.
I forgot my tooth paste and the lovely lady at the desk (apologies didn ’t get name) gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste. I also didn’t know how to find the gym and she...
