Property was filthy. Bed was sunken in the middle. Staff was nowhere to be found for check-in. Slept like frap refunded my second night and stayed at a worthy hotel.

Our room looked like it still needed finishing from light replacement. There were lots of tiny bugs crawling on the floor and tv stand, pretty sure they were baby cockroaches as we did kill a big one crawling up the wall! Also, we did not have any hot water, front desk said that the boiler went out and to wait about 15 mins. We did and the water was still not hot. I asked to move rooms and they gave us a different room to go take showers in but not to relocate permanently. While I went across to the other building to shower, we got a call from the front desk that they would have to relocate as the repair to the boiler would not be fixed until after our stay was over. Sending us to a working room just to shower is not acceptable and not good customer service. Offering to relocate rooms should have been the answer right off the bat!! This will never be an option to stay again. Two sars only because the property was located on the lake with a beautiful lake view

I arrived a little after 9:00 PM to check in, but the front office was closed. Both the sliding door and the side entrance were locked, the office was dark, and no staff were present. Because I couldn’t access the office or complete check-in, I had to find another hotel for the night.

Price was great, location great BUT smelled like straight cigarettes, blankets had stains on them, no shower curtains so the water got EVERYWHERE. And their smart tv is not even smart, it won’t connect to WiFi to use Netflix or YouTube

Stayed at this place a few times already. You get what you pay for. Recent visit had a leak in the bathroom ceiling, couldn't use the bathroom for a while. Room has bugs in it, hopefully not bed bugs. Extremely loud music and people yelling all night. Didn't get any sleep. Probably should have asked for my money back..

As expected for the price, room clean scale ok could have been better a little smelly. Bathroom window doesn’t have screen bugs get in. Kitchen okay no kitchenware supplies. Had small coffee maker.

Limited interaction with staff, didn’t see the pool. The room smelled as though it were just cleaned, but there was a residue on the ground all around the furniture- I wiped it up with a towel which did not get all of it. I was only there for one night, so I decided to stay but if I had planned a longer trip I would have moved hotels.

Extremely friendly and accommodating front desk. Very comfortable room. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here especially with its beautiful setting beside Clear Lake.

The beds are gross, mold growing on ceiling in bathroom, smears of who knows what on the bathroom wall by toilet paper. Two stars because the pool was clean. Do not use the pool furniture either. Old, rickety and bottomed out

Horrible, trashy motel!

Old, dirty trashy motel! The room was so dirty with a broken window in bedroom. No smoke or CO detectors in the room. My feet were black from dirty floors!

We forfeited our money. This hotel looked like some people live here full time. The garbage cans out front were overflowing. Just overall really trashy. I didn’t want my kids staying here. I called to ask a question and the phone number links to a cellphone without a com setup. Gave me the ick

Very old, needed updating, somewhat smelly, bathroom in terrible shape, slanted floor, but….bed was clean and comfortable, fresh linens, had frig and microwave in room, and a huge tv! Staff was wonderful!!!!

NEVER STAY HERE. This property is not operating as a hotel - it is filthy with garbage on the grounds (parking lot, pool area, etc). It also felt unsafe. It seems to be being used as a transient/homeless camp. It should not be advertised as an option for visitors to Lakeport.

Dirty and not cared for.

This is not a good place to stay. The grounds are littered with cigarette butts, beer cans, and bird feces. The room was hardly cleaned. Hair on the shower walls and crumbs on the table. The microwave was nasty, AC panel was busted. It was just an all around bad experience. It's unfortunate since the motel is right downtown on the lake so it has potential but there's a major component of not caring. There appears to i ly be one cleaning lady and she was very nice, but the owners sit around on the patio doing nothing.
