"Lovely rooms, no complaints there. The housekeeping was sparse. I requested housekeeping one day and the best wasn’t made, towels weren’t replaced, only thing taken care of was my trash. So I didn’t appreciate the housekeeping in that aspect. The breakfast was under construction so it was a busy tight area with limited options, no waffles unfortunately. The breakfast sucked but it’s hotel breakfast so my standards were low. Parking was amazing and the area was lovely, great location. The hot tub was broken a majority of our time there, and there was never towels outside in the pool area which was constantly annoying. Other than that it was a lovely stay. "

"The room was very clean. Very cozy. Reminded me of a cabin but with all the modern commodities. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a rainfall shower head that would make you look forward to just standing under it after a long day of “tasting” wine. The views from the bathroom and balcony were amazing. Absolutely gorgeous sunrises seeing the sun pass over top of the mountain peaks and then seeing the reflection of the sunset on the very same peaks. Very quiet outside the room with plenty of places to lounge and enjoy the sounds of the birds. Staff was very friendly. The breakfasts were simple and elegant. Mimosas, coffee, natural juices or just a glass of champagne were always an option. The food was simple but delicious. Croissants, bread slices, yogurt and soft boiled eggs never went wrong. In addition, they presented a variety of spreads like natural jams, honey and granola. "

"We upgraded to a second level room with a balcony (502) when booking, however we never used the balcony because the air conditioning system for the main building was so loud it was too u pleasant to be outside. We asked to change rooms upon arrival but the front desk was very vague about availability of other rooms and we seeks to have no choice to stay despite the whole place feeling pretty empty. "

"The property was incredibly clean and had an amazing view of the lake. I loved having the private boat ramp, and the propane grill outside my room was all set up and ready to use, which made the stay even better. Absolutely one of my favorite places around the lake—I can’t wait to come back!"

"There is a sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. It's a great place to stay and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The couch and tables are nice to have in the room. The center courtyard is nice place to gather and talk. The shower does lack pressure and I prefer bar soap which they don't provide. The TV is very basic with limited channels and no ability to cast. It's setting is also locked. "
