"Very embarrassing. Other than the view of the Gulf, location, and sunsets it was terrible. We had friends visiting from the Netherlands and they were so disappointed as were we. Would not stay at this location again. Staff were okay, but appeared not at all concerned about the issues we encountered. The hotel needs to be refurbished and updated. Will not recommend unless you want the access to the Gulf and sunsets. I would not recommend a stay here."

"Pool area needs more umbrellas and lounge chairs. 2 out of 5 umbrellas were broken. Ironing board was broken. Went to open it and the whole thing feel apart. Pillows and mattress were outdated.....very lumpy and uncomfortable for both. $38 to park your car overnight as a guest but yet if you go to the beach as a local you're charge $35. A bit surprised by the price. Tamika and Anthony were out standing and made our stay very pleasant."

"AMAZING property! We loved the super clean room with a kitchen/dishwasher/fridge! Breakfast had tons of options. Pool was very nice and we appreciated the safety feature of needing to use a key card to enter the pool area- kids CANNOT get to the pool without an adult. We were traveling with 3 kiddos so this was huge for us. Every attraction we wanted was within walking distance. We walked through a souvenir shop to get to the ocean. 5 walk to the dolphin/pirate tour boats. 10 minute walk to Pier 60. Kings Pizza was a 5 minute walk and was DELICIOUS. Only negative was parking- $38 a day parking was a little intense, but for a beach town and garage/valet parking I understand the inflated cost."

"The resort was great. Hate that I paid for a room for a week and had to also pay for parking. Always trying to get more money out of people who already are giving trust and money into somewhere for a week. Also our tv in the room had some major sound issues one min you could not hear then the next it was so load. But in all we had a great week and enjoyed much needed rest and sunshine"
