"Overall very nice hotel. Breakfast in main lobby dining room was not free (not cheap either) but was excellent food and service with lovely views. Rooftop pool was nice. Hot tub was mildly warm and jets were broken. Rooftop restaurant food was average and over priced. Service at rooftop bar and restaurant was very friendly. Views of sunset from rooftop Adirondack chairs was lovely. We stayed from Monday to Thursday and never had our room cleaned or serviced despite requesting it. Apparently...

"I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. We waited over two hours just to check in because there were no clean rooms available, despite having a confirmed reservation. It was well after 6:00 p.m. before we were finally given a room. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. The beds still had hair from previous guests, and it took another two hours before someone could replace the bedding because no staff seemed available to handle the issue. The room keys also did...

"The property was clean , good air conditioning and good maintenance, but the staff assigned to us a room for people with disabilities and the bathroom was a mess and the breakfast was not good because they used cheap food and I had allergies because of that."
