"The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night."

"There was a very strong smell in the room. I immediately started coughing and itching. Told night staff as it was late, he couldn't have cared less. Had to rebook another hotel. Then was told the next day, they can't alter our reservation and had to call hotels.com. Later, they lied about having had this conversation. Very dissapointing. I would not stay here again nor would I work with this hotels site either."

"Clean, friendly and across the street from the beach. The pool area is well done and inviting for swimming, sunning, reading or snacking. Fellow guests were really friendly. A bit of a retro feel, really enjoyed the experience."

"The property has a lot of potential to be what it claims to be, but I think it needs some help. When we checked in the staff told us we were staying at a different property of the hotel- one that was not as nice and located on the bay instead of beachfront. Thankfully, another staff intervened and corrected her. When we got to our room, we tried to pull out the full-sized couch bed- the thing completely fell apart. There was no bedding. I had to go back to the lobby to get a couple sheets. The staff again did not know where the bedding was, no extra pillows. and had to get back to me about that the next day. my 14-year-old slept in a space that was the size of a crib the first night. The second night they did come in give us an air mattress. we had a nice room facing the ocean. But It was a little disappointing that the pool area got overtaken by a lot of drunk seniors. One couple was blasting country music from their personal stereo. We went to the beach and sat down on beach chairs. Moments later, a man arrived and said that if we wanted to stay, we would need to pay $75 to use 2 not so great beach chairs and an umbrella)"

"Beach bar and location was awesome. Rooms were nice and staff was extremely friendly. The beach itself was beautiful and fun with was access from the hotel. Umbrellas and lounge chairs were included with the room which is great."
